Inventory Clerk

Inventory ClerkCoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an Inventory Clerk in the Buckeye, AZ area. This position is responsible for reporting, physical inventory, and system audits and for utilizing the inventory management system to prepare and track materials and products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records for materials and finished products and generate inventory-related reports as required.Perform daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory verification activities to ensure inventory accuracy and control.Track, monitor, and document damaged inventory and report findings to leadership.Provide inventory, quality, and operational reports to management and leadership teams.Verify inventory records against physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.Coordinate product recalls, product holds/releases, and product infestation audits when required.Monitor and support pest control programs in accordance with site requirements and regulatory standards.Ensure the facility remains inspection-ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, customer, and regulatory audits.Facilitate quality and regulatory training programs and support the site's quality management system.Maintain the site's quality management portal and assist with drafting, revising, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.Desired Background/Skills:High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.Minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required.Industry-specific experience, including food-grade or regulated environments, may be required based on facility needs.Familiarity with ISO standards and quality requirements preferred.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build partnerships and work effectively with others to achieve shared objectives.Demonstrated ability to make timely, effective decisions that support operational success and business goals.Knowledge of efficient work processes and a commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, situations, and operational demands.Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
