Overview Position: Certified Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist Location: 13951 W. Grand Ave Unit 201. Surprise AZ 85374 Incentives: $30K Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Compensation: Salaried, starting at $90,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program Join our team in Surprise, AZ ! This busy outpatient clinic primarily treats orthopedic cases and serves a wide range of patients and diagnoses. We have a large, collaborative team with diverse experience and treatment approaches. We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our hand therapy team and manage a full caseload of hand therapy patients. CHT Required Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a hand therapist who is skilled in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success. Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs. Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
