Work with team members to troubleshoot software issues and develop solutions. Support the population and maintenance of plant data associated with multiple engineering applications.You will report to the Manager, Computer Aided Engineering and be located at Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at our office.Key Responsibilities:Guide teams of DesignersMentor professionals in the proper method of performing plant designSupport the deployment of software products in design space within the CAE teamProvide guidance and training on AVEVA E3D tool throughout the Global Engineering OrganizationCapture and communicate best practices across the teams using the toolsWork with other engineering departments to understand how to best use the capabilities of the commercial design tools and the data that they containWork with the Project Manager to plan and track implementation of the AVEVA E3D design tool across the technologies that APX supportsSupport CAE Engineers in the use of data collected from the E3D tool to support total plant quantificationQualifications:Minimum of Associates degree in Computer Aided Design, Engineering, or related technical fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in GES related engineering fieldMinimum of 15 years' experience in 3D modeling using PDSMinimum of 3 years' experience in E3DMinimum of 5 years' experience in Autodesk suite of software, including AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and VaultStrong understanding of a wide variety of CAD software applicationsWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
