Mancan has teamed up with a company in the Akron/Fairlawn area who is seeking an Office Assistant to join the team.
The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The rate of pay is $19.00/hr Key Responsibilities Clerk DutiesPrepare, review, and process USMCA Certificates of Origin and related trade compliance documentation.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and brokers to collect required trade documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems for USMCA records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Receptionist Duties
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and route incoming phone calls; take and relay accurate messages as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and appointments as requested.
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
