Aluminum TIG Welder / Fabricator Lafayette, LA Broussard, LA $24$26/hr Depending on Experience ?nin Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG Welder/Fabricator for a great opportunity in the Broussard area. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented teammate with strong fabrication knowledge and hands-on welding experience. Job Duties: Perform Aluminum TIG welding on various metal components Fabricate and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications Measure, cut, grind, and fit materials for production Inspect completed welds for strength and quality Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all shop safety procedures and production deadlines Skills Needed: Strong Aluminum TIG welding skills Fabrication and metal fitting experience Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Experience using grinders, saws, and hand tools Ability to read a tape measure accurately Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of Aluminum TIG welding experience preferred Previous fabrication/shop experience required Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Schedule: Full-time position Overtime available depending on workload and production Benefits: Weekly pay $5 prescription drugs $5 doctor's visit copays Free teledoctor service Free counseling services Life insurance included Vision insurance included Dental insurance included Vacation and holiday pay Scholarship Opportunities 401(k) retirement plan Free legal services Our unbeatable employee discount program
