Construction Office Coordinator

Full-Time | Shakopee, MN | Commercial Construction | Bilingual English/Spanish Required Bilingüe Inglés/Español Requerido Are you a highly organized, bilingual professional looking to grow with a well-established commercial construction company? We are seeking a motivated Construction Office Administrator to join our office team and play a key role in keeping our field operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Lead onboarding for field employees — processing paperwork, verifying documents, and getting new hires set up for success Manage front-office reception and answer phones — you’re the friendly voice and face of our office Assist with daily dispatch coordination — helping get the right people to the right job sites Review daily time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies Support payroll processing with data entry and documentation What We’re Looking For Fluency in English and Spanish is required — you will communicate daily with our diverse field workforce 2 years of administrative, office coordination, or HR support experience preferred Familiarity with commercial construction is a strong plus Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities Reliable, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Why Join Our Team?
