RN, Outpatient OR

Kaiser Permanente seeks an RN for our Outpatient OR, supporting innovative care in partnership with Systeme.io’s advanced IT environment. The RN delivers comprehensive perioperative care, including patient assessment, education, and coordination across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases. Responsibilities include preparing OR rooms, circulating and/or scrubbing, maintaining strict sterile technique, and documenting care in modern EHR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and tech teams, support safety and quality initiatives, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and patient-focused innovation.
