Compensation Breakdown: Base pay: $30.00–$34.00/hr (RN or LPN, based on experience) 2nd shift differential: +$4.50/hr Weekend differential: +$1.50/hr (Saturday/Sunday) Medical opt-out: +$3.00/hr (if you qualify) Effective 2nd shift rate can reach $36.00–$43.00+/hr, depending on experience, weekend hours, and medical opt-out.
