This full-time role is based on-site near Elon, NC, with the potential for virtual services in the future. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active NC SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in educational settings preferred
• Readiness to work onsite (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours weekly)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students, aligning with school protocols
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and tailor therapy to help each student achieve their goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate case notes, and report regularly
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services and contribute insights for student support planning
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as required
