Minimum Qualifications:
2 years RN ICU experience
NYS RN License
EPIC EMR
AHA BLS & ACLS

MSICU is designed to provide specialized care to the acute and chronically ill surgical and medical patient population 18 years of age and older and trauma patient population 15 years of age and older. Specialized medical and nursing care is provided to patients with serious conditions including but not limited to elective and urgent surgical procedures, trauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, stroke, sepsis, heart failure, respiratory disturbances, electrolyte imbalance, GI bleeding, coagulopathy, renal disease, drug overdose, and hemodynamic instability. Nursing care focuses on care requirements that involve a higher frequency of surveillance, assessment and intervention than can be provided on a general medical surgical unit.

AMHS Staffing Alliance Job ID #1057. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
