Key Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Louisiana SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Solid experience or specialized training in serving both preschool and high school-aged students
• Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to travel between designated school sites as required
• Passionate about fostering students' speech and language development

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across sites, including a preschool (location to be determined) and Ringgold High School
• Conduct thorough student assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor progress toward goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive support
• Participate in meetings, response-to-intervention planning, and staff professional development activities
• Accurately maintain documentation for compliance and reporting requirements
• Manage a varied caseload of students in alignment with district policies and timelines
