Fountains follow recipes consistently, make adjustments based on customer requests, and communicate with wait staff./ppFountains are responsible for delivering desserts and milk shakes that are not only delicious and prepared to the specifications of the customer but that are safe and fresh as well. They have the following responsibilities:/pulliSmile (We have open kitchens)/liliArrive on time dressed and ready for your shift./liliCheck refrigeration temperature are Board of Health Compliant/liliStock your station with the appropriate food items and tools/liliAt the end of your shift make sure your station is stocked and ready for the next shift./liliWipes down and cleans refrigeration, counters, tables, and underneath equipment/liliFollow recipes and plating procedures/liliPrepare desserts with presentation and quality of food items as top priority/liliPrepare food in an efficient and timely manner/liliMaintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes/liliMop and clean the ice cream area at the end of the night/liliStore ice cream products in a safe manner as dictated by the board of health/liliWipe down and clean freezers/liliMaintain food safety and sanitation standards/liliDo daily and weekly side work/liliEnsure ingredients and final products are fresh and appealing/liliWork as a team to provide the best level of customer satisfaction possible/liliCommunicate with staff and management regarding all food that is 86d or on a countdown./li/ulpFountain Qualifications / Skills:/pulliCleanliness/liliRecipe Compliance/liliCustomer Service/liliSafety and Sanitation/liliTeamwork/liliHigh Energy Level/liliAbility to Read and Write/liliProfessionalism/liliReliable Transportation/liliAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds/li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
