Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend required.

Job Description: Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU at a Level 2 trauma center. The ICU consists of 29 beds and provides comprehensive care for critically ill patients. The unit specializes in advanced cardiac care, incorporating treatments such as CRRT, ECMO, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
• Manage patients on advanced equipment such as Aleris pumps and GE monitors.
• Perform critical procedures including intubations, central line placements, and bedside tracheostomies.
• Administer vasoactive drips and interpret hemodynamic data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; TNCC, NIH, and ABLS certifications welcomed.
• Experience in ventilator management, ABG interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in ICU preferred.
