Job Title: Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Job Description: The Role Entegris seeks an experienced Senior Specialist, Supply Chain to manage and resolve supply chain escalations within the Advanced Purity Solutions (APS) Division. The role partners with global planning, manufacturing, and operations teams to identify and address material shortages, cross‑plant constraints, and delivery risks. You will analyze data, develop contingency plans, and communicate risks, trade‑offs, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders while representing the Global Supply Planning team in daily operations, production escalations, and leadership forums. This position reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning and primarily supports the Liquid Micro Contamination business located in Billerica, MA (preferred). The role may also be based at any APS manufacturing location. What You’ll Do Identify and resolve shortages, cross‑plant issues, and delays within the supply chain while maintaining an end‑to‑end perspective. Develop contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions and communicate risk, trade‑offs, and scenarios to stakeholders and leadership. Represent the Global Supply Planning team during operations planning, daily production escalations, and senior leadership sessions. Manage and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Analyze supply‑chain data to identify improvement areas, enhance ERP settings, and partner with the Center of Excellence. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with a global team, leveraging best practices for personal and team development and success. Create and maintain detailed reports on supply‑chain performance metrics. Collaborate with departments to align supply‑chain activities with overall business goals. What We Seek 5–7 years of supply‑chain management experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, or a related field. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access, with the ability to analyze data and turn information into actionable insights. Ability to apply statistical methods (SPC, mean average deviation, standard deviation) to establish safety stock levels. Effective people skills: communicate, influence, and champion change. Hands‑on experience with SAP MRP/ERP. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across peers and lead cross‑functional teams. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills for complex supply‑chain models. Effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Excellent decision‑making ability with the confidence to implement those decisions. APICS certification is a strong plus.
