As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to promoting wellness and independence, and we are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA to join our staff.
About the Role:
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, including:
• Direct Patient Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Vital Sign Measurements: Taking and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
• Wound Care: Changing dressings and providing proper wound care
• ADL Support: Assisting with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
