Custom Computer Specialists, Inc. is looking for a motivated Deskside Support Technician to join our team! This person is responsible for providing first/second level support for all incoming help desk calls via phone and email as well as providing desk-side support in a higher-educational environment.

Salary: $44,000-$52,000

What You'll Do:
• Handles Deskside support requests/issues escalated from the Help Desk
• Configure, deploy, and provide support for Windows and Apple hardware/software
• Configure, deploy, and provide support for peripheral hardware (printers, etc.)
• Provide resolution and assistance to standard supported applications: MS Office 365, Browser programs, Antivirus and other supported proprietary applications and systems

What You Bring:
• A+ certification
• 2 years' experience in hardware and software support required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Complete confidence in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Apple platforms
• Complete confidence in creating and deploying images on Windows and Apple platforms
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
