Operations Manager - Medical

Title: Operations Specialist Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time Compensation: $27 – $29.50 per hour + Plus full benefits (eligible Day One) Flexcar is reimagining car ownership through a flexible, month-to-month lease model that includes insurance and maintenance. As a key member of our Operations Team, you play an essential role in ensuring quality, safety, and exceptional customer experience. The Operations Specialist works closely with frontline teams to ensure vehicles meet Flexcar quality standards and are customer-ready. This role primarily operates outdoors at a market location and requires strong attention to detail, technology usage, and operational coordination. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation under California law, including:

• Overtime for hours worked over 8 in a workday
• Double time for hours worked over 12 in a workday
• Overtime premiums for qualifying seventh consecutive workdays

• Assess vehicle quality and document damage using company technology
• Complete readiness, return, and infleet inspections
• Take high-quality vehicle photos for website display
• Conduct daily inventory scans and assist with reconciliation
• Organize and manage vehicle inventory and parking areas
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries as needed
• Maintain Flexcar facilities and property
• Manage assigned projects and tasks as business needs dictate
• Safeguard vehicles, company property, and customer information
• Comply with Cal/OSHA safety requirements and environmental standards
• Ability to lift and carry tools and materials up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Comfort using smartphone and technology platforms
• Outdoor work exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Use of cleaning chemicals and automotive-related materials

The hourly pay range for this position in California is $27.00 – $29.50 per hour. Internal equity considerations This position is paid on an hourly basis and is eligible for overtime in accordance with California wage and hour laws.
