Delivery Associate
Toro Apex Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of the DAV5 delivery station in Redding, CA. We are a locally owned and operated logistics company built on a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork. We provide all the equipment, training, and support you need to succeed on the road. As a Delivery Associate with Toro Apex Logistics, you will be the face of our company, delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day. You will drive a safe, comfortable van, using the latest routing technology to deliver packages to homes, retail locations, and businesses.
What You'll Do:
- Drive a delivery van safely through varying weather and traffic conditions.
- Navigate routes using state-of-the-art handheld technology.
- Deliver 200+ packages per day, ranging from small envelopes to boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Load and unload packages seamlessly while keeping your vehicle organized.
- Provide exceptional, professional customer service.
- Work 3-4 days per week, in shifts that generally last 8-10 hours.
What You Need:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid California driver's license (Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required).
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to easily get in and out of the van, with or without reasonable accommodation (this is a highly physical, fast-paced job).
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
