- Provide leadership and technical oversight across critical Control Systems activities supporting site performance. \n

- Proven people management or supervisory experience within Control Systems, automation or a closely related engineering discipline. \n
- Demonstrable success leading and developing technical professionals , rather than technical leadership alone. \n
- Strong Control Systems expertise and the credibility to lead experienced, high-achieving engineers. \n
- Evidence of building engagement, developing careers and getting the best from capable technical teams. \n
