North Cape PFIT is looking for an energetic, professional, and dependable Fitness Coach to help members transform their lives through our coach-led small group training system. We aren't looking for someone who simply counts reps—we're looking for someone who can motivate, educate, and create an outstanding member experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach 30-minute small group fitness sessions.
• Ensure members exercise safely while maintaining proper form and technique.
• Motivate and encourage members to achieve their goals.
• Learn and deliver the PFIT training system consistently.
• Build positive relationships with members and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with member onboarding and basic fitness education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training floor.
• Arrive prepared and on time for every scheduled shift.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Passion for health and fitness
• Comfortable leading groups of various ages and fitness levels
• Ability to motivate while maintaining a fun, supportive atmosphere
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Personal Training certification preferred, but not required for the right candidate

Schedule

• Early morning availability is required.
• Weekday morning shifts begin before normal business hours.
• Evening and Saturday availability is a plus.
• Part-time with the opportunity for additional hours based on performance and demand.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate exercises and proper movement patterns.
• Ability to stand, walk, coach, and remain active throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and move fitness equipment as needed.
