Start Date: 08-05-2026
End Date: 11-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy interventions according to the OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Assist with patient and family education to support functional independence
- Communicate patient status to the supervising OT
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
- Help patients develop and restore functional independence
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
- Ability to follow state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
