We're looking for a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and scale revenue across digital channels. This is a remote growth marketing role ideal for data-driven marketers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and content to develop and execute strategies that generate measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, partnerships)
- Manage and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns with clear ROI targets
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
- Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and revenue outcomes
- Build and scale email marketing and automation workflows, including segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and scalable acquisition strategies
- Work with design and development teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys
