Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Job Type: Full Time | Days $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift with a 2-year commitment Schedule: 3x12s, Day Shift (7a-7p). Weekends and Holidays Required. Your experience matters More about our team Join our team in a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. With a 6:1 ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care. This department utilizes self-scheduling application. What we're looking for Applicants should have a current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
