Pride Health is Hiring – Entry-Level Phlebotomist / PSR I Location: Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 Schedule: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Rotating Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pride Health is currently hiring an Entry-Level Phlebotomist / PSR I to support our healthcare client in Fernandina Beach, FL. Job Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival Help patients with check-in using a kiosk or handheld tablet Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions Maintain a professional and welcoming lobby environment Assist the phlebotomy team with breaks and staffing coverage Perform basic phlebotomy and specimen collection duties as needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow established safety, confidentiality, and patient-care procedures Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Some phlebotomy experience required; internship/externship experience is acceptable 1–2 years of customer-facing experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Keyboard/data entry experience required Ability to work comfortably with patients in a healthcare setting Must have reliable transportation Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
