Regional Water Resources Lead

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Regional Water Resources Lead to oversee and manage water resource initiatives across multiple regions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure sustainable water management practices. You will collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders to assess water availability and quality, while also addressing regulatory compliance and environmental impact. Your expertise will be vital in leading assessments, conducting field studies, and analyzing data to inform effective water resource management strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hydrology, environmental science, or a related field, along with proven experience in project management. You will be tasked with preparing reports and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, as you will be coordinating with diverse teams and fostering collaborative relationships to achieve project goals.
