Join the Premier Martial Arts FamilyThe Sales Manager assists in running all "front of house" studio operations. Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing traffic.Job DutiesEstablishes and maintains an effective referral programMaintains accurate records using established PMA sales systems.Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care callsLeads PMA studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holdersGreets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the PMA studioAccurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activitiesMust be able to participate in 2 PMA scheduled workouts per weekMaintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk areaResponsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactionsFollow up and follow through activities with all prospective clientsResponds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.Proper on-boarding all PMA clientsWorks closely with Instructor Team to ensure that processes are fulfilledResponsible for attending and participating in all relative PMA training programsJob Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal skillsPrevious sales experience, with strong sales skillsSolid verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties.Must have worked in a quota bearing structureFunctional computer skills required — Google Workspace is a plusHealth & Fitness minded people strongly preferredHigh school diploma required.Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.Ability to work and function in an Premier environmentFlexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as neededRequired Experience:Sales experience is a plus but not requiredJob Type: Full-time, part-time availableSalary: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Schedule: Afternoon / Evening shiftSupplemental pay types: Bonus payCompensation: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearPremier Martial Arts, where your passion for martial arts meets business success!At Premier Martial Arts we feel that it's time for martial arts instructors to have a real opportunity to grow in the martial arts industry as a true professional.What Is Premier Martial Arts?With more than 100+ locations across the U.S., Premier Martial Arts empowers thousands of students of all ages on a daily basis.
