Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, Resident Assistant, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, Nursing Assistant, or in a similar direct care role * CNA certification is not required * Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, home health, or long-term care is preferred * Memory Care or dementia care experience is strongly preferred * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * A compassionate, resident-first approach to care If you're looking for a rewarding career where your work truly matters and every day is an opportunity to make someone's life better, we'd love to meet you.
