Healthcare Call Center Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting a crucial healthcare refund initiative, the temporary full-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will assist patients with account inquiries and refund statuses through inbound calls, working remotely and adhering to structured workflows and scripts. Key responsibilities Provide support through inbound call handling and assist callers in understanding refund initiatives Verify caller and patient identity in accordance with client-approved procedures before discussing account information Accurately document all call interactions in client-designated systems following training and documentation standards Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or revenue cycle environment Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently in a high-volume call center environment Strong verbal communication skills to clearly explain billing and refund-related information Basic computer proficiency, including experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
