- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- Supervise and delegate appropriate care to nursing staff.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care.
- Manage resources effectively related to patient care.
- Maintain competency among clinical staff.
