AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life everyday. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before. You are the face of the company and proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our values and bring your real self to work each day. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. Share enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products, educate guests on details, and suggest product options that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Remain flexible across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively solve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Support the team and help get the job done. Act with integrity, following all policies and procedures. You'd Be Great for This Role You love interacting with people.
