Data Entry Clerk

*Description*
Seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support Procurement and Supply Chain Management team. The individual will enter and validate shipment and invoice data received through EDI systems, maintain daily tracking logs, update internal systems, and assist with procurement and logistics-related data administration.
The role is heavily focused on accurate data entry but candidates should possess exposure to logistics, procurement, supply chain, import operations, or transportation documentation to understand the business context of the data being processed.
Daily responsibilities include:
Entering shipment and invoice information into Excel and ERP systems.
Reviewing logistics documentation.
Maintaining tracking logs and operational records.
Verifying data accuracy.
Communicating via Teams and email with internal stakeholders.
Supporting import operations from Asian suppliers through U.S. distribution channels.

70-80% of workload is data entry.
Enter shipment documentation and invoice data into Excel and internal ERP system (Glovia).
Validate data accuracy and maintain daily logs.
Process logistics and procurement-related documentation.
Basic Excel functions including:
VLOOKUP
SUMIF
Spreadsheet maintenance
Work between ERP systems, Excel files, and email communications.
Ability to learn import and procurement processes quickly.
Strong accuracy and detail orientation.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.60/hr.
