Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianLouisville,Kentucky Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville, KY . We offer $20.00–$25.00 per hour , quarterly maintenance bonuses of up to $750 , full benefits, tool reimbursement, paid time off, and ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
