What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct comprehensive equity research, developing high-conviction investment ideas and model portfolio recommendations. Play an active role in shaping portfolio strategy through contributions to the Investment Committee. Design and execute proprietary research approaches, staying ahead of market trends, sentiment shifts, and emerging opportunities. Partner closely with Portfolio Managers to rigorously evaluate prospective investments. Collaborate with senior investment professionals to craft compelling client presentations and reporting materials that clearly articulate investment theses. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field. 5+ years of investment management experience, with a strong foundation in equity research. CFA designation strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus. Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with sound decision-making and acute attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
