Salary: $165,000 - 175,000 per year Requirements:

• We require experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-domain ServiceNow solutions through the full delivery lifecycle.

• We lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
• We translate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices and Now Create methodology.
• We define technical roadmaps, reference architectures, integration approaches, and data models for enterprise deployments.
• We oversee platform health, upgrade planning, technical debt reduction, and adherence to ServiceNow Technical Best Practices.
• We architect integrations with ERP, HRIS, monitoring, CMDB, discovery, and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• We drive CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management within ITOM.
• We design hardware and software asset lifecycle workflows, normalization, reconciliation, license compliance, and SAM Pro publisher packs.
• We provide technical direction to developers, business analysts, and administrators.
• We perform design reviews and code quality assessments.
• We partner with clients and stakeholders to communicate architectural choices, trade-offs, and business value outcomes.
• We mentor delivery teams and support pre-sales efforts, including solution estimation, RFP responses, and capability development.
• We ensure compliance with security, privacy, and performance standards across platform engagements.
