About The Role As a Safety Representative at United Utility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of our team members and the communities we serve. Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions. Provide safety training to employees and contractors. Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and recommending preventative measures. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance. Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all aspects of construction. Key Qualifications A minimum of 4 years' experience in the transmission and distribution industry and 2 years in safety. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
