Job Type Full-time DESCRIPTION The Purchasing Supervisor works closely with the Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Team to ensure the timely ordering, receiving, and documentation of all goods and materials required throughout the resort. This position serves as a key liaison between the Purchasing Department and Food & Beverage leadership to ensure that inventory, products, and supplies meet operational needs and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate purchasing system information, ensuring orders reflect current business requirements. Review purchase orders and verify that all received products match the original order specifications. Inspect deliveries to confirm product quality and refuse or document any items that are damaged, expired, or not included on the approved purchase order. Work hand in hand with the team to ensure items are delivered to outlets timely and accurately, so outlets have the supplies necessary to run business operations. Physical Requirement Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have previous purchasing experience. Experience 2 years’ experience as a shipping and receiving admin/clerk or similar role; food and beverage background is a plus. Supply Chain Management or Logistics degree is preferred. Experience using procurement software and databases, including Craftable. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers. Knowledge in MS Office Suites.
