What You'll Do

• Provide patient care in a medical/surgical unit, floating to other units as needed
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with doctor's orders
• Monitor patient conditions and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain documentation in Epic EHR system
• Participate in unit safety and compliance protocols
• Support patients with complex care needs, utilizing telemetry skills preferred

What You Need

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience, telemetry experience preferred
• IV skills required, Epic experience highly desirable
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity level
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
