Responsabilidades e atribuições Coletar, processar e analisar grandes volumes de dados, identificando padrões, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria; Desenvolver análises avançadas utilizando métodos estatísticos, como clusterização, distribuições de probabilidade e outras técnicas analíticas; Elaborar dashboards, relatórios executivos e apresentações com insights acionáveis para stakeholders; Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de negócio, produto e tecnologia para garantir alinhamento das demandas e análises; Priorizar atividades e gerenciar pipelines de demandas analíticas; Traduzir informações técnicas em linguagem acessível para áreas de negócio e liderança. Requisitos e qualificações Conhecimento avançado em SQL para extração, manipulação e análise de dados; Experiência com Python para análise e tratamento de dados; Vivência com Power BI para construção de dashboards e visualizações; Conhecimento em Databricks; Forte capacidade analítica e experiência com análise exploratória de dados; Excelente comunicação e habilidade para apresentar insights a públicos técnicos e não técnicos; Experiência na interação com stakeholders e áreas de negócio; Disponibilidade para viagens eventuais a Porto Alegre/RS. #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass-Uol
