We are a 357-bed, non-profit community hospital and trauma center recognized for our esteemed cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint initiatives, an acute rehabilitation unit that aids individuals in regaining independence, expanding cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care, and attentive physical and occupational therapies, along with a comprehensive array of inpatient and outpatient surgical services.

We are currently looking for an inpatient Occupational Therapist to become part of our team in Valencia, CA! This is a full-time role where you will deliver direct patient care and assist in rehabilitation activities. All therapists receive membership in Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), making this an ideal environment for those passionate about ongoing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for serving others!
• AHA BLS certification required
• California Occupational Therapist license or the ability to obtain one
• Recent graduates and seasoned Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Hourly rate: $46 - $58, including a $5K Sign-On Bonus, Student Loan Repayment, 401K with a 4% match, paid continuing education, a full medical benefits package, and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
