Early Intervention Specialist

Early Intervention Specialist Reporting to the Program Director, the Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) is responsible for co-facilitating children, teens, parents, and multi-family groups with a psychoeducational curriculum in a community setting. EIS will perform basic duties and assignments related to human services and education, as well as activities that may include the application of higher-level skills acquired through professional training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare lesson plans based on the curriculum Facilitate phone screenings with interested participants Facilitate children, teens, parents, and multi-family groups with a psychoeducational curriculum Administer child and parent surveys and review results Develop stakeholder communications Present the program description and function to stakeholders and community Food donation requests and coordination Format and generate reports related to participants' satisfaction Operate, maintain and troubleshoot peripheral equipment such as scanners and printers Develop, duplicate, store and maintain digital files Attend all required staff training sessions in accordance with Phoenix House and state licensing requirements, completing all training on time Attend and participate in program and all staff meetings Adhere to and promote the Phoenix House Mission, Vision, and Values while acting as a role model for others Other duties as assigned Education/Experience/Credentials Must maintain a valid California Driver's License, have proof of automobile insurance, and maintain a safe driving record based on Phoenix House policy Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated commitment and adherence to Phoenix House Mission, Vision, and Values: I CARE For?
