Sales Associate

glassybaby LLC seeks a Sales Associate to join our mission-driven, artisan retail team. In this role, you'll provide warm, authentic customer service while sharing the stories behind our hand-blown glass votives and drinkware. You will guide customers through color selections, process POS transactions, restock and merchandise displays, and help maintain a beautiful, welcoming store. You'll also support store events and charitable initiatives that reflect our focus on healing, compassion, and community well-being. This position is ideal for those who love craftsmanship, retail, and giving back.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer service, embodying glassybaby's mission and values
• Educate customers on hand-blown glass products, colors, stories, and care instructions
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and follow cash-handling procedures
• Merchandise and restock displays to maintain a visually compelling retail environment
• Support inventory receiving, counting, and stock organization in back-of-house areas
• Assist with store events, community initiatives, and charitable promotions
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism
• Collaborate with teammates and artisans to support smooth store operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in line with company standards
