Location: Jacksonville, FL - Onsite

Duration: 6-12+ months contract

Rate $58/hr on c2c with VMS charges

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and frontend expertise with React.js. Experience with cloud platforms, REST APIs, database design, and Agile methodologies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices.
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Develop secure APIs with JWT, OAuth2, Spring Security, and role-based access control.
• Implement microservices architecture and support service discovery, API gateways, and distributed systems.
• Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle, DB2, MongoDB, and SQL.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop scalable backend components leveraging Java Collections, Multithreading, Streams API, and Design Patterns.
• Integrate messaging and event-driven systems using Kafka and asynchronous processing frameworks.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud using services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELB, and Auto Scaling.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Docker, and Git.
• Perform unit, integration, and automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Backend Technologies: Java 8/11+, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Microservices Architecture
• Frontend Technologies: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux, React Router, AJAX, JSON
• Database Technologies: Oracle, MongoDB, DB2, SQL, PL/SQL
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, ELB, Auto Scaling), Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub/GitLab
• Testing & Tools: JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, Maven, Gradle, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Kafka, Redis, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise applications in healthcare, retail, or e-commerce domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Healthcare (Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP), or large enterprise transformation projects.
• AWS certification or cloud-native development experience.
