Choose the Track That Fits Your Life Option 1: Daycare Hybrid (Fort Worth Area) Partner directly with daycares across the Fort Worth area to help young children thrive right where they play and learn alongside their peers. Real Early Intervention: Embed support into natural daily classroom routines and collaborate with daycare teachers who welcome expert guidance. Balanced Schedule: Spend focused time on-site conducting assessments and supervision, then do treatment planning, paperwork, and admin work from the comfort of your home. Option 2: 100% Telehealth (Texas-Based) Deliver impactful ABA services, direct virtual supervision, and parent coaching fully remote. Maximum Flexibility: Manage your caseload and complete all clinical documentation and consultations from your home office. Targeted Impact: Focus on remote caregiver training, tele-supervision of RBTs, and virtual assessments without the commute. What You'll Do Designing Programs: Create practical, individualized ABA programs tailored to early learners in natural or home environments. Supervision & Coaching: Provide high-quality clinical supervision, RBT mentorship, and parent/teacher training (in-person at partner daycares or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth). Collaborative Care: Build warm, positive relationships with families, educators, and care teams to keep everyone aligned. Autonomy: Manage your own schedule with a healthy, sustainable work-life balance. What We're Looking For Active BCBA Certification and active Texas LBA (or immediate eligibility). A genuine passion for early childhood development and natural environment teaching (NET). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. For Hybrid: Reliable transportation around the Fort Worth area. For Telehealth: A private, HIPAA-compliant home office setup and comfort with virtual supervision technologies.
