Travel Nursing Job Details Position: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse Employment Type: Travel RN Location: Euclid, OH 44119 Start Date: 9/11/2026 Contract Duration: 20 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours Per Week: 36 Orientation: 16 hours Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Holiday Requirement: Must work at least every other holiday Registered Nurse Requirements Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience 18 months of permanent specialty experience required Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or American Red Cross NIHSS certification required Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Must comply with all pre-start onboarding, compliance, and background screening requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced telemetry unit Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and physician orders Document patient care accurately in Epic Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes Maintain compliance with unit protocols, safety standards, and telemetry best practices Provide compassionate patient education and support throughout the shift Apply now for this Med/Surg Telemetry travel RN opportunity in Euclid, Ohio, and join a healthcare team focused on excellent patient care.
