Operations Supervisor

Role Overview Vacheron Constantin is looking for a Boutique Operations Supervisor to join its Las Vegas team. As an Operations Supervisor, your mission will be to be responsible for boutique operational support. You will assist and report to the Director to ensure efficiency of administration, inventory, operations and logistics, while collaborating the sales team. Responsibilities: Boutique performance and operations management

• Partner with management to support overall operations of boutique, as needed
• Monitor daily financial aspects of boutique sales: ensure daily transactions

and proper paperwork are submitted to Corporate Offices on time and with accuracy

• Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing as needed
• Ensure efficient administrative opening and closing of the boutique
• Oversee inventory control process to prevent stock losses and ensure

integrity and quality of stock * Manage all functions of Operations in line with the Maison’s Policy and Procedures * Manage boutique operations in accordance with Brand and group compliance policies * Ensure effective and flawless compliance audit and present an action plan follow up post audit * Maintain strong partnership with Richemont local Finance, Audit & Security teams, while maintaining all guidelines and expectations * Assist with special projects, as needed Business development: * Strongly contribute to grow Brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside of the Boutique including client events * Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on our sales, including the commercial activities of competitors Clienteling: * In collaboration with the boutique team, participate to all CRM and clienteling initiatives * Lead by example, monitor clienteling activities and share best practices with the team to recruit new clients and prospects and develop individual relationships (i.e. appointment booking process, data accuracy, clienteling tools and reportings…) Represent Brand identity - Act as a Maison ambassador * Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community * Ensure image and operational standards accordingly to VAC guidelines (i.e. ordering and restocking * Ensure image and operational standards accordingly to VAC guidelines (music, scent, flowers, boutique cleaningness,…) * Review and report any store maintenance issues, coordinate with local contractors/ vendors in partnership with manager * Coordinate suppliers to maintain utmost client experience (incl. cleaning , flowers, etc.) * Adhere with Passion to the values and rituals of presentation established by the Maison Team collaboration

• Develop a positive, trusting relationship with the team
• Partner with management to identify training needs and coaching opportunities
• Ensure proper understanding and execution of all brand guidelines and

procedures among the team Qualifications Education: • College degree preferred Required experience: • 2+ years previous experience in operations, within watches or high-value luxury products Technical skills / abilities:

• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities
• Excellent computer skills
• SAP exposure is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Organized, curious, enthusiast and solution driven
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs Strong attention to detail

with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
