Threat Analyst

Working remotely in the Philippines, the full-time Threat Analyst will monitor and assess phishing threats reported by customers, manage threat analysis cases, and assist senior team members during investigations. Key responsibilities Monitor Triage systems for new customer-reported suspicious emails and perform initial assessments Initiate threat analysis cases for emails posing a threat and escalate to senior team members as necessary Maintain ownership of cases, communicate with customers, and assist in producing monthly reports Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of general security experience or education with demonstrated ability in phishing and malware analysis Industry-recognized certifications in Malware Analysis and Incident Response preferred 2-4 Year Degree in Computer Science or relevant field experience preferred Proficiency in networking, operating systems, and email infrastructures such as Exchange and Office 365 Familiarity with common end-user applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
