HVAC Service Technician II

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking an HVAC Service Technician II in the New Orleans Metro area to maintain and repair commercial HVAC equipment across diverse facilities.

Impact:
- Keep critical facilities operational through reliable equipment service
- Extend equipment lifespan with quality preventive maintenance
- Build customer loyalty through professional service delivery
- Support energy efficiency goals with system optimization

Responsibilities:
- Service and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, chillers, and boilers
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system failures
- Replace components including motors, compressors, and controls
- Test system performance and adjust for optimal operation
- Document service activities in computerized maintenance management system
- Communicate equipment status and recommendations to customers
- Respond to service calls and provide technical support
