You'll help run the business while upholding our standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.What You'll DoPartner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.What We're Looking For2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Experience supervising 10+ team members.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.Growth & DevelopmentWe promote from within and invest in your development.
