Your Role: Essential Diagnostician

You will be at the heart of patient care, performing a wide range of clinical laboratory tests that are crucial for diagnosis and treatment. Your day involves operating and maintaining sophisticated equipment, following precise procedures, and ensuring the accuracy that physicians and patients rely on. You'll be a key part of a fast-paced lab system performing over 1.8 million tests annually, where your work directly impacts positive outcomes for our community.

What You Bring

• A graduate degree from an accredited Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program.
• MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Blood Bank experience is a strong plus.
• New graduates who completed a clinical in a high-volume lab are encouraged to apply.

Hours, Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position (36 hours per week). We have openings on two shifts:

• Day Shift: Variable hours.
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly range of $23.50 to $38.90, based on your education (MLT/MT) and experience. We enhance this with generous shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. The offer includes a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
