Be part of the team at Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery located in Old Town Cottonwood. Our restaurant and tasting rooms are well-known and well-established and we look forward to adding talented, dedicated, and energized people to our existing team!
Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria features a full menu of freshly made breads, pastas, entrees, salads and wood-oven pizzas, along with finely crafted Arizona wines, select beers and cocktails. Also onsite is the greenhouse and bottle shop and retail space.
Experience: One year or more in a restaurant kitchen as dishwasher.
Duties Include: The following is a general, but not fully inclusive, list of basic daily/weekly job duties and functions:
- Sanitation: Washing and sanitizing of all dishware, silverware, and food prep items.
- Quality Control: Cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work area.
- Food Safety: Yavapai County Food Food Handler's Certificate
